Honored guest, Koby joins the founders of Racing Beat for a group photo. Jim Mederer has been responsible for much of the design and engineering work on a vast number of Racing Beat's rotary products. Mr. Oku is been the driving force behind the development of the many exhaust susytems that have been offered over the years for the RX-7, Miata, and Protege.

Mr. Kobyakawa was a long-time Mazda employee and worked on several noted projects, including the 1993-95 RX-7, and Lemans-winning 787B race team.
