Racing Beat Mini Power Pulse Presilencer

This short version of our rotary presilencer was orignally designed for use our header on the 1979-80 RX-7, but has since become valuable for rotary owners looking for solutions to a challenging exhaust design when space is a premium.

Measuring 10.625"L X 4" OD this presilencer was designed specifically to replace the Heat Exchanger on all 1979-1980 RX-7s. Featuring a straight-through design with a 2" ID perforated core, this presilencer is filled with stainless steel wool for sound suppression. The end caps are .375-inch thick flanges and fitted with 12mm studs.

The inlet end of this presilencer mates to our 1979-80 RX-7 header, while the outlet end mates to a catalytic converter flange.

This small presilencer is also ideal for use in the design of a custom exhaust system when space concerns does allow the placement of a longer presilencer. Multiple units can be installed in sequence as need to meet your sound level needs.

A front gasket or rear gasket are not included but are available separately.
