1989-92 RX-7 13B (Non-turbo) Transmission Seal Kit
We recommend replacing the RX-7 transmission front seal and rear seals when re-installing the RX-7 transmission to reduce the risk of leakage. Although old age is a primary source of a failing seal, another common cause of leaks can be contributed to the large loads that are placed on the input shaft when re-installing the transmission, when it is common to hang the transmission on the input shaft during the process which can distort and damage the seal. Consider this kit as cheap insurance against a time consuming rebuild!

Each kit includes: Front & Rear Seal

Note: For many years this kit included a transmission gasket (8540-16-225), but sadly this gasket is no longer available from Mazda.
