REV TII Complete Exhaust Replacement Components

We often receive requests for the individual components that are included in our REV TII Complete Exhaust System. Review the following information regarding some of the most commonly asked questions.

Can I use your REV TII 3" OD Downpipe to replace my catalytic converter(s), and will this downpipe bolt-up to my stock y-pipe?

Sure, you can use this downpipe to replace your cats, but the length and tubing diameter do not allow the downpipe to connect to the stock y-pipe. This is also true for the presilencer unit, the tubing diameter and length will not match the mating flange on the stock y-pipe.

If I order the REV TII Complete System can I install an aftermarket catalytic converter instead of the presilencer unit?

Yes, but you will need to order the exhaust components separately and fabricate you own catalytic converter section. But it is important to remember that the OD of the exhaust tubing is 3". If a cat section uses a tubing diameter smaller than this size, restriction of the exhaust gases will occur, which in turn will negatively effect performance.

Does the exhaust system have a provision for an oxygen sensor?

Yes, the REV TII Downpipe section has a mounting nut that will allow the oxygen sensor to be retained.

Can I order 3" flanges if want to fabricate my own custom components?

Can I use the REV TII Complete Exhaust System mufflers to replace only my stock mufflers?

No, the inlet pipe on the REV TII Complete System mufflers is too long and will not mate to the stock y-pipe. These mufflers will ONLY bolt-up to the REV TII Complete System Y-Pipe.
